Bottleneck Management is seeking a Server to join our team, delivering genuine hospitality and ensuring exceptional dining experiences. You will interact with guests, guide beverage and food choices, and maintain smooth service in a lively, guest-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ready stations before opening and closing shifts.
• Communicate effectively with customers and help them with their food and beverage selection.
• Manage tables and guest experience.
• Transmit orders to bar and kitchen by recording guests\' choices; noting dietary needs and special requests.
• Provide a professional, outgoing and enthusiastic attitude.
