Job summary

GMBG1 OC, LLC is seeking a Server (Food Services) to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment. You will assist guests with menu selections, recommend beverages, and work closely with the team to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities include maintaining sanitation standards, handling opening/closing duties, and ensuring accurate order entry on the POS system, while adhering to safety policies and promoting a welcoming dining experience.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and excellent customer service skills.
• Teamwork oriented, fun, energetic, friendly and passionate.
• TABC and Food Handlers certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Helps guests select food and beverages by presenting the menu and making recommendations.
• Communicates with management on guest related situations and questions about food, beverages, and services.
• Performs opening, side work and closing duties as required and maintains clean service areas.
• Responsible for accurate order entry using the POS system.
