Job summary

The Ranch LC in Houston is seeking a professional server to create memorable dining experiences. You will polish glassware, greet guests warmly, and guide guests through our Farm to Fork menu with wine and spirit pairings.

Candidates should have at least two years of server experience in high-end casual or fine dining, English fluency, ability to lift 50 pounds, and valid Food Handler's and TABC certifications. We offer benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years serving experience; high-end casual or fine dining preferred.
• Food, wine, & whiskey knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, & speak English.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable about the Farm to Fork stories behind our locally sourced menu.
• Tour Guides - able to guide our guests throughout the entire dining experience, recommending the perfect wine, whiskey, or hand-crafted cocktail to pair with their Chef-inspired meal.
• The perfect hosts, rooted in southern hospitality that create regular guests.
• Flexible and adaptable with a sense of ownership over the guests' experience.
