Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be able to read and understand menus and interact with guests.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about the menu, sell restaurant’s food and drinks, and communicate orders with the kitchen.
• Stay guest focused and sustain an excellent guest experience.
• Possess strong food and beverage knowledge.
• Keep all working stations clean, organized and properly stocked.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions and give correct change.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
