Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to serve liquor.
• Ability to work late-night shifts, potentially to between 12 AM - 3 AM.
• Works assigned scheduled shifts.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification (e.g., ServSafe, TIPs) required.
• Food handling certificate a plus.
• Fluent in English; able to speak, read, write.
• Attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Ability to transport items up to 30 pounds.
• Remain in stationary position for up to 4 hours during shift.
• Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously.
• Guide guests through beverage and food ordering, offering recommendations.
• Describe and sell all items on the menu with confidence.
• Deliver beverages and food efficiently while engaging guests.
• Close guest experience by collecting payment and inviting them back.
• Clean and prepare tables for new guests and maintain a tidy dining area.
• Stock supplies and support restaurant maintenance; keep environment organized.
• Work as a team across front-of-house and back-of-house priorities; adapt as needed.
• Collaborate with managers and team members to ensure smooth operations.
