Job summary

American Social in Boca Raton seeks an experienced Bartender to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will greet guests, guide drink and food choices, and prepare beverages per recipes while handling payments at the end of service.

Qualified candidates are fluent in English, have at least 3 years behind the bar, and hold Alcohol Awareness Certification. Flexibility for late-night shifts and a strong customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong attention to detail and speed in service.
• Ability to work late-night shifts and maintain performance.
• Demonstrated teamwork and customer-service focus.
• Able to stand for long shifts and lift items up to 30 pounds.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification is required; food handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly service.
• Guide guests through beverage and food ordering with menu knowledge.
• Prepare and deliver drink orders per recipes and requests.
• Answer questions about ingredients, substitutions, and allergens.
• Ensure orders are accurate and process payments at the end of the guest experience.
• Maintain clean, organized bar area and cooperate across FOH/BOH teams.
