Responsibilities

• Thoroughly answer all food and beverage preparation questions.
• Note special accommodation requests (e.g., allergies) to the kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area and complete opening, running, and closing side work.
• Check on guests during meals to ensure satisfaction and address requests/concerns.
