Mondrian South Beach is seeking a Server to deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will greet and seat guests, take orders, explain menu items, and ensure timely service while maintaining a clean dining area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Clear and effective communication with guests and team members.
• Basic math for handling transactions and making change.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash or electronic transactions securely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and support during busy periods.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to provide a safe dining environment.
