Job summary

Puttshack USA in Miami is seeking a Server Assistant to support the service team by delivering food and drinks, clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring a welcoming guest experience.

The venue operates daily from 11am to 1am with flexible, variable hours, typically 15–30 hours per week. Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• Prior hospitality or food/beverage experience.
• Strong level of emotional intelligence and self‑awareness.
• High standards of guest satisfaction.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Experience safely transporting food and beverages.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.
• Clear written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed expectations.

• Assist service team with all food and beverage service.
• Deliver food and drinks to guests in dining room, bar, and golf courses.
• Clean and transport dirty dishes to tray or dish room.
• Quickly and efficiently clean, sanitize, and reset tables.
• Stock and maintain supplies at service stations.
• Follow food allergy procedures and special orders.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Take direction and be a team player.
• Open and close duties as assigned.
