Job summary

Puttshack is hiring a Server Assistant to support the service team by delivering food and drinks, assisting with service, and keeping dining and golf areas clean. The role emphasizes teamwork, guest satisfaction, and a strong service mindset.

Open to 7 days a week with flexible hours; typical shifts range as needed, 15–30 hours weekly; base wage plus tips, benefits vary by location. Previous hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to verify eligibility to work.
• Previous hospitality or food/beverage experience preferred.
• Strong emotional intelligence and guest-satisfaction mindset.
• Ability to obtain any required licenses/certifications for your location.
• Experience safely transporting food and beverages.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' game each day and anticipate guests’ needs.
• Greet guests warmly and provide sincere hospitality.
• Assist service team with food and beverage service.
• Deliver food and drinks to guests in dining room, bar, and golf areas.
• Clean and transport dirty dishes; restock service stations.
• Sanitize and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Be a team player and follow employment policies and procedures.
• Support opening/closing duties and other projects as assigned.
