Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to help deliver an elevated guest experience. You will support the service team by delivering food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, and keeping stations stocked.

This role requires a welcoming attitude and the ability to multi-task in a lively environment. Open venues operate 11am–1am with flexible, part-time or full-time hours and opportunities to earn tips in addition to base pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Hospitality or food & beverage experience preferred.
• Strong guest-service orientation and awareness in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks to guests in dining room, bar, and golf courses following steps of service.
• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service.
• Clean, sanitize, and reset tables and service areas.
• Stock and maintain supplies at service stations.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
• Support team with all food and beverage service as needed.
