Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking a Server Assistant to support the service team and ensure a smooth flow of food and drinks to guests. You’ll help with clearing and resetting tables, transporting items, and maintaining a clean dining and bar area.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and strong guest service with flexibility in a 7-days/week operation. Training and tips are part of the compensation alongside base pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior hospitality or food/beverage experience.
• High standard of guest satisfaction.
• Sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Ability to obtain any required licenses/certifications for your location.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks to guests in dining room, bar, and golf courses following steps of service.
• Assist service team with all food and beverage service.
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and sincere smile.
• Clean and transport dirty dishes to tray or dish room; sanitize and reset tables.
• Stock and maintain supplies at service stations.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
