Job summary

Puttshack USA is looking for a Server Assistant to support the service team in delivering food and beverages, maintaining a clean dining area and golf courses, and ensuring a welcoming guest experience.

Open seven days with variable hours (roughly 15–30 hours per week). The role includes base pay plus tips, with benefits eligibility varying by location and schedule. Teamwork and guest-focused service are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior hospitality or food/beverage experience.
• Strong level of guest-service focus and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks to guests in the dining room, bar, and golf courses following steps of service.
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and sincere smile.
• Assist service team with all food and beverage service.
• Clean and transport dirty dishes to tray or dish room and reset tables.
• Stock and maintain supplies at service stations.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
