Job summary

Azul Hospitality seeks a friendly restaurant professional to deliver quality food and beverage service. You will greet guests, take orders, describe menu items, and maintain table readiness with accuracy and care.

The role requires 1–3 years in food service, basic computer skills, and the ability to manage a cash register and POS transactions while upholding Azul Hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• 1–3 years food service experience preferred.
• Micros POS experience preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests in a welcoming and friendly manner.
• Take guest food and beverage orders.
• Describe menu items, ingredients, and methods of preparation.
• Suggest menu products to customers.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables as needed.
• Verify customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age.
• Ensure that minors and intoxicated persons are not served alcohol.
• Operate a cash register/POS and handle payments.
• Assist guests professionally and courteously; uphold high customer-service standards.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and side work as assigned.
