Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous server or food service experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of food safety principles and procedures.
• Able to obtain a food safety certification.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages per guest orders and banquet menus.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items.
• Keep service areas clean and sanitized.
• Replenish food and beverages.
• Check IDs and follow alcohol service policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and anticipate guest needs.
• Support safety and asset security.
