Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time server to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure accurate delivery of meals and beverages while upholding service standards.

You will learn all menus, practice suggestive selling, and assist with payments and guest check procedures. Regular shifts include set-up/breakdown and daily cleaning to maintain a welcoming dining area.

Qualifications

• Experience in and passion for consumer service.
• Willingness to learn new skills and be a team player.
• Ability to memorize and communicate menu items.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously in assigned workstation.
• Take and enter orders; monitor order status and transport to guest.
• Assist with payment processing and tip declarations.
• Maintain clean and organized service areas.
• Perform station set-up/break-down and daily cleaning tasks.
• Follow SOPs and contribute to a positive dining experience.
