Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a server to deliver courteous, efficient service at an assigned station. You will greet guests, take and process orders, and ensure timely delivery from kitchen to table.

You will also handle payments, follow procedures for alcohol service, and stay engaged in maintaining a clean, inviting dining area. The role emphasizes memorizing menu items, suggesting add-ons, and collaborating with Bussers, Runners, and other staff to ensure a world-class guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in and passion for consumer service.
• Willingness to learn new skills and be a team player.
• An attitude of flexibility and mindfulness about the team approach.
• Learn all menus and is able to communicate all food and beverage offerings.
• Ability to memorize and become knowledgeable of menu items.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously in assigned workstation.
• Record and enter food and beverage orders; monitor status and transport orders from kitchen to guest.
• Monitor guest needs during meals and assist as required.
• Handle guest checks and ensure proper accountability and tipping procedures.
• Perform daily cleaning, station setup/breakdown, and other duties as assigned.
