Responsibilities

• Prepare tables and dining setup with napkins and utensils.
• Greet guests warmly and take initial directions.
• Suggest dishes and drinks; inform kitchen of guest needs.
• Deliver orders, remove courses, and replenish utensils and glasses.
• Prepare non-alcoholic drinks for table service.
• Handle payments and cash procedures.
• Assist with cleaning tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Support special events as needed.
• Provide guidance on Cleveland Metroparks activities and local information.
• Notify supervisor of significant issues promptly.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report hazards.
