Qualifications

• Comply with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol; fluent in local language.
• Warm, welcoming and easy to talk to.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests with a warm welcome and inspired recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, stocked and safe dining area/kitchen.
• Assist with washing up and other duties as needed to keep service running smoothly.
• Minimise waste and keep supervisor informed of safety or supply issues.
• Take on ad-hoc duties to support the team.
