Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a friendly server to greet guests, take orders, and ensure accurate preparation and delivery of food and drinks. You will assist with seating, upselling, and maintaining a clean dining area while delivering outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders, accommodating substitutions.
• Know menu items and dietary options to advise guests appropriately.
• Pre-bus and bus tables; maintain clean dining area.
• Prepare and deliver food items as needed.
• Process guest payments accurately according to standards.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work tasks.
• Assist fellow servers and support team for seamless service.
• Follow safety and operational procedures and report needs.
• Maintain knowledge of service standards and safety procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
