Job summary

Savour Hospitality Group is seeking a part-time Server in Cleveland, OH. The role involves providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and keeping dining areas clean. Candidates should have at least 2 years of related experience and strong communication skills.

The server will work in a fast-paced environment, handle MICROS transactions, and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction. Weekend and evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related experience required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently (and in a team).

Responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Set tables according to type of event and service standards.
• Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability.
• Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
• Record transaction in MICROS system at time of order.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day.
• Complete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, etc.
• Present physical and accurate check to guest and process payment.
