Job summary

Rise Brands is seeking a Security team member in Pittsburgh to warmly greet guests, check IDs, and answer questions as they arrive. You will help maintain a safe, welcoming environment and act as a Pins brand ambassador.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, ID verification, de-escalation, and assisting with space organization. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected; prior bar/restaurant guest service experience is preferred, with strong communication and attentiveness

Qualifications

• Bar/Restaurant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Sense of urgency while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule that may include nights and weekends.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, standing, and/or lifting heavy items for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests as they enter and thank them as they depart.
• Up-To-Date ID checking verification is a must.
• Support organization and cleanliness of the space, when needed.
• Ability to de-escalate high-stress situations.
• Ability to observe and detect signs of overconsumption or conflict.
• Respond to and resolve guest issues – notify management when needed.
• Act as a Pins brand ambassador.
