Job summary

Rise Brands is seeking a Security team member in Cleveland to greet guests, verify IDs, and answer questions as they arrive. You will help keep the venue clean and safe, and you may work nights and weekends.

You will welcome guests, thank them on departure, and de-escalate tense situations while acting as a Pins brand ambassador and upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Bar/Restaurant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Sense of urgency with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the position.
