Rise Brands is seeking a Security team member to greet guests, verify IDs, and answer questions at entry. You will welcome guests as they arrive, thank them as they depart, and help ensure a safe, enjoyable night out.

Responsibilities include de-escalating conflicts, monitoring for overconsumption, and supporting space cleanliness. You will act as a Pins brand ambassador and adapt to a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar/restaurant environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Sense of urgency with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Walk/stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests as they enter and thank them as they depart.
• Maintain up-to-date ID verification.
• Support organization and cleanliness of the space as needed.
• De-escalate high-stress situations effectively.
• Observe and detect signs of overconsumption or conflict.
• Respond to and resolve guest issues by notifying management.
• Act as a Pins brand ambassador.
