Job summary

Rise Brands is seeking a Security team member for Pins Mechanical Co. in Nashville to greet guests, check IDs, and answer questions as they arrive for a night out.

You will help maintain a safe, welcoming environment, escalate when needed, observe signs of overconsumption, and act as a Pins brand ambassador throughout shifts, including nights and weekends.

Weekly schedules include 8 hour shifts with day, night, and weekend options, and you should be able to walk, stand, and lift items as required.

Qualifications

• Bar/Restaurant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Sense of urgency while maintaining a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule that may include nights and weekends
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, standing, and lifting heavy items

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests as they enter and thank them as they depart.
• Up-To-Date ID checking verification is a must.
• Support organization and cleanliness of the space, when needed.
• Ability to de-escalate high-stress situations.
• Ability to observe and detect signs of overconsumption or conflict.
• Respond to and resolve guest issues – notify management when needed.
• Act as a Pins brand ambassador.
