Nightlife Door Host/Greeter

We’re looking for a confident and professional Nightlife Door Host/Greeter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy nightlife environment, enjoys engaging with guests, and takes pride in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-organized entrance.

The Role

• Greet guests warmly while ensuring safety and order at the door
• Verify IDs and enforce responsible alcohol service; refuse entry to underage or overly intoxicated guests
• Monitor guest behavior and respond to conflicts professionally and discreetly
• Manage crowd flow, line organization, and foot traffic during peak periods and events
• Communicate guest or safety concerns promptly to management
• Assist team members with guest service and security as needed
• Maintain situational awareness to prevent safety or security issues
• Perform end-of-night duties to maintain readiness and ensure smooth operations for the next day
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in accordance with Health Department and restaurant guidelines

Requirements and Skills

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; applicants must be 21 or older
