Job summary

Excellent interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic setting are essential. This position is on-site with flexible daytime/evening hours and some weekend work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent educational experience.
• Preferred: experience in front-of-house guest service, public safety, security or military.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an initial point of contact for arriving guests
• Act as a source of information and provide security and/or medical resources
• Maintain general security awareness of organizational assets, including personnel
• Perform repetitive duties and react to incidents, as necessary
• Detect safety and security problems and communicate with security officers
• React to incidents and make appropriate notifications
• Resolve conflict in a professional manner, as necessary
• Contribute to written reports, as required
• Exercise care when handling property assets to prevent loss or damage
• May be required to testify and provide statements for use in judicial and administrative proceedings
