Responsibilities

• Seat guests based on availability, party size, and special requests to ensure smooth flow.
• Manage reservations and waitlists, updating reservation systems accurately.
• Notify servers and managers when tables are ready to ensure quick seating.
• Provide guests with menu information and wait times, answering inquiries as needed.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and coordinate with kitchen/server teams.
