The Markham Hotel in Biloxi, MS is seeking an enthusiastic Server to provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests. You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals, handle POS transactions, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

Collaboration with kitchen and bar teams is essential to deliver a memorable experience. Applicants should have excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and a basic understanding of food safety

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent (may be required).
• Food safety certification (may be required).
• Experience in server or customer service role (preferred).
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems.

• Take orders accurately and communicate special requests to kitchen and bar.

• Assist with event support and upsell menu items.
