EARTH Nail Spa is seeking a Front Desk / Guest Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face of the brand. You will manage the Books (scheduling), greet clients, field calls, and coordinate check-in/check-out with professionalism to ensure a seamless experience.

In this role you will maintain pristine front-of-house areas, support technicians, and help uphold brand standards and sanitation. Training in Zenoti is provided to align with store operations and service flow.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles or front desk operations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain organized service flow in a fast-paced salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage check-in/check-out with warm, brand-aligned communication.
• Maintain the Books (scheduling) and optimize service flow for daily operations.
• Handle phone inquiries, texts, and emails promptly and clearly.
• Keep lobby and front-of-house areas clean, organized, and aligned with sanitation standards.
