In this role you will welcome clients, schedule appointments, and guide them to the correct department while providing knowledge of their visit and needs. Administrative support and keeping the waiting area neat are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and welcome the client when they arrive.
• Escort the client to the appropriate department or area.
• Provide information to personnel regarding client needs and expectations.
• Provide administrative support to staff when necessary.
