Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Sales Teammate in the United States (WA area) to fulfill its mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks including cashiering, merchandise display, and routine store upkeep.

Compensation includes a base hourly rate of $17.13–$19 plus a 3% commission on sales. Full-time Teammates receive comprehensive health, retirement, and paid time off benefits.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about the store and merchandise.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Anticipate Guest needs and create a wardrobe experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to teammates.
• Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals set by Store Management.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, payment, exchanges, and security practices.
• Perform essential duties with high customer service standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Open and close cash registers, balance cash drawers, and balance assets per store policies.
