Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Sales Teammate in Washington to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

You will perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks such as cashiering, merchandise display, and routine store cleanups while upholding Buckle standards. The role offers a pay range of $19.13–$21/hr plus a 3% commission on sales, with benefits for full-time Teammates including health, 401(k), and time-off programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Anticipate Guest needs and create a wardrobe experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to Teammates.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, payments, exchanges, and security.
• Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals.
• Provide service in the Front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area.
• Handle checkout, bag purchases, and alterations prep.
• Understand and apply Buckle’s policies and Loss Prevention practices.
