Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest needs by suggesting additional items.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to Guests and Team.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to team targets.
• Provide legendary service across Front, Sales floor, fitting rooms and register area.
• Open and close cash registers and balance cash drawers; process payments.
• Follow Loss Prevention guidelines and uphold store policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, shoppable store and participate in merchandising tasks.
