Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Sales Teammate to support our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will perform sales, merchandising and store operations with a focus on friendly service and accurate transactions.

As a Teammate, you will greet Guests, assist with product selection, operate the POS system, and help maintain presentation and cleanliness. This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to greet guests and provide legendary service.
• Willingness to perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on guest needs.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, policies and security practices.
• Process transactions at the register and bag purchases.
• Prepare merchandise for alterations and support returns/exchanges.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized and shoppable.
• Support leadership with visual presentation and inventory tasks.
