Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales Teammate in Spokane, WA to help create an enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. The role includes cashiering, merchandising, and store operations performed under Store Management guidance.

Base pay is $17.13–$19/hr with a 3% commission on sales. Full-time Teammates receive comprehensive benefits, 401(k) matching, and other programs designed to support health, wealth, and time off.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Open and close cash registers, balance cash drawers, and process transactions.
• Perform merchandising tasks and maintain a clean, shoppable store.
