Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Sales Teammate in the United States (Aurora, IL area) to fulfill our mission: create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests.

You will handle sales, merchandising, and store operations, including cashiering and merchandise display. Compensation ranges from $15-$19 per hour plus commission; Full-Time Teammates receive medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, HSA/FSAs, bonuses, and a teammate discount.

Qualifications

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies, and security practices.
