Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and exchange policies.
• Process transactions at the register and bag purchases.
• Prepare merchandise for alterations and assistance with fittings.
• Follow loss prevention guidelines and maintain a clean, organized store.
