Job summary

EWC Growth LLC. seeks a Guest Service Associate in Wheaton, IL to deliver an exceptional guest experience while driving sales and supporting daily operations. You will engage guests, educate on services and Wax Passes, and assist with check-ins, payments, and reservations.

The role requires strong communication, reliable attendance, and the ability to maintain a clean, welcoming environment, including lobby and restrooms.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with guests.
• Strong organization and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to engage guests with genuine conversation and product education.

Responsibilities

• Learn and promote European Wax Center services and products.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Handle check-ins/check-outs, payments, refunds, and reservations.
• Organize reservations and manage availability per guest requests.
• Perform opening and closing procedures; keep center clean and inviting.
