Job summary

EWC Growth LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Chicago to deliver an exceptional guest experience while meeting sales goals. You’ll educate guests on products, answer questions, and assist with daily tasks in the store.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, reliable availability on weekends/evenings, and a professional appearance in line with the EWC Growth Associate Handbook. Training and career growth are highlighted in the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years customer service or sales experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong time management and organization.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of European Wax Center services and products.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Administer check-ins/check-outs, processing payments, refunds and reservations.
• Inform guests about pre-booking benefits and how to utilize the app to reschedule.
• Organize the reservation book based on guest requests and associate availability.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the center.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and restrooms.
