Job summary

EWC Growth LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Stamford, CT to create an exceptional guest experience while driving sales and supporting management with daily tasks. You will learn our services, upsell retail and waxing, educate guests on Wax Passes, handle check-ins/out and payments, and help maintain a clean, welcoming center.

This role requires strong communication, flexibility, and a professional appearance; weekend/evening availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Develop thorough understanding of EWC services and products.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Administer check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, refunds and reservations.
• Inform guests of pre-booking benefits and how to use the app to reschedule.
• Open and close procedures for the center.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and restrooms.
