Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Coordinator Marketing Linkage to help provide Owners and guests with memorable experiences and events, enhancing guest satisfaction and brand loyalty. The role involves engaging guests at desk locations, scheduling sales presentations, and delivering the highest level of service, while ensuring eligibility and revenue goals.

A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required, with concierge and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.
• Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.
• Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensures that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
