EWC Growth in Naples, FL seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience while achieving sales goals and assisting management with daily administrative tasks.

Upsell waxing services and retail, educate guests on Wax Passes, manage check-ins/outs, and help with reservations—all while keeping the lobby clean and welcoming and maintaining a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in customer service or sales, retail preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to work flexible days, including weekends/evenings.
• Professional appearance per handbook.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional guest experiences and educate guests on products and services.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Explain benefits of Wax Passes and assist with reservations and payments.
• Maintain lobby, restrooms, and overall store presentation.
• Assist management with daily administrative tasks.
