Job summary

EWC Growth LLC in Orlando is hiring a Guest Service Associate to create an exceptional guest experience while achieving sales goals and supporting management with daily tasks.

You will engage guests, explain services, and tailor recommendations to individual needs. This role requires 2+ years of customer service or sales, strong communication, and flexibility to work weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work flexible days, including weekends/evenings.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of European Wax Center services and products.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products & various waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Administer check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, refunds and reservation requests.
• Open and close the center operations and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Support management with daily administrative tasks and guest relations.
