EWC Growth LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Orlando to create an exceptional guest experience while supporting sales goals and daily admin tasks. You will engage guests, educate them on services, and upsell products while upholding brand standards.

The role requires strong communication, flexibility to work weekends/evenings, and a professional appearance. Competitive hourly pay with potential annual commissions and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good time management and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to engage guests and tailor conversations to product recommendations.
• Professional appearance and adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of EWC services and products.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and center operations.
• Administer check-ins/outs, process payments and reservations.
• Inform guests about pre-booking benefits and how to use the app.
• Organize the reservation book based on guest requests and staff availability.
• Create an exceptional guest experience using EWC terminology and scripts.
