The role requires a polished, friendly demeanor and a commitment to our service standards. Responsibilities include check-ins/outs, processing payments, and guiding guests through reservations and the app.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop thorough understanding of EWC services and products.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, payments, refunds, and reservations.
• Assist management with daily administrative tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and restrooms.
