Job summary

Canlan Sports in Libertyville, IL seeks a Customer Care Associate to deliver friendly, efficient service to guests at the sports complexes. You will handle payments, bookings and inquiries, while upholding safety protocols and coordinating with the Contact Center.

The role requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends, with prior office or customer service experience and comfort using iPads, POS, and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• At least one year office and customer service experience.
• Comfortable working with new systems and technology (iPads, POS, CRM).
• Great communication skills and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and provide service for walk-in customers in a friendly and competent manner.
• Answer customer questions or escalate to the appropriate department.
• Accept payments and provide receipts for programs and registrations.
• Take casual/spot rental bookings and prepare contracts.
• Be the primary point of contact for the Contact Center.
• Report repair and maintenance needs to Operations.
• Maintain a safe environment and enforce health and safety rules.
• Manage traffic in zones and guide athletes to changing rooms and ice.
• Enforce distancing and PPE rules as required.
• Provide 1st Aid if needed and perform basic disinfection duties.
