Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Recreation, Facility Management or a combination of experience and education an asset.
• Certification in Standard First Aid/AED an asset.
• Possess or willing to obtain and submit a satisfactory background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative processes and onboarding for sports complex employees.
• Lead Joint Health & Safety Committees and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Manage daily financial transactions including invoicing, receipts, payroll submissions and month-end reports (AR & AP).
• Create sales contracts after quotes, finalize contracts with signatures and payments, and update the booking system.
• Support operations at Canlan Sports Lake Barrington and Canlan Sports Libertyville as needed.
