Job summary

Qualifications

• Availability to work a variety of hours including weekends and holidays.
• Follow all systems, policies, and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Provide genuine hospitality and an experience that exceeds guest expectations.
• Successfully complete alcohol awareness training and/or food handler training.
• Be committed to teamwork and maintain a pleasant attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, genuine greeting to guests upon entry and exit.
• Check incoming guests' proof of identification accurately.
• Be alert to ensure safety for guests and employees on premises.
• Help maintain occupancy standards and manage crowd control.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables; keep floors safe and clean.
• Operate headset radios proficiently and communicate clearly with staff.
• Assist with guest removal when applicable and diffuse hostile situations.
• Stand and/or walk for the duration of shift; lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
