Milwaukee Bucks, Inc. is seeking a part-time Guest Service Representative at the Fiserv Forum arena in Milwaukee, WI.

The role involves greeting guests, directing them to seats, handling ticket checks, and providing information with a positive, high-energy attitude during games and events. Responsibilities include assisting with elevators/escalators, guiding guests to premium areas, supporting mobility services, and ensuring safety policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at arena or event entrances with energy and courtesy.
• Direct guests to seats and provide information as needed.
• Check tickets and assist with entry policies and mobility needs.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and deescalate situations when necessary.
• Assist with elevators/escalators and access to premium areas.
• Support mobility services and lost-and-found processes.
• Provide directions and answers to commonly asked questions.
• Perform pre-event setup and post-event cleanup as required.
